Private Healthcare Awards 2026 now accepting entries

Ireland's private healthcare sector is invited to enter the Private Healthcare Awards 2026, with submissions open and the deadline set for 3 July.

The awards recognise excellence and dedication across Ireland's private healthcare community, honouring achievements that span cutting-edge treatments, compassionate patient experiences, medical innovation and service excellence. Entries opened on 15 April, with organisations and individuals now encouraged to submit ahead of the July closing date.

Finalists will be announced on 1 August, before the awards gala takes place on 2 October 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport. The ceremony brings together hundreds of senior executives from across the Irish private healthcare community, providing a platform to connect with the sector's most influential figures and leading talent.

Participation is free, with submissions evaluated by an independent judging panel of recognised experts drawn from academia, business and related sectors. Shortlisted entrants receive national exposure through communications partner The Irish Times online, while winners take home a prestigious accolade and national media coverage.

The 2026 programme spans 30 categories covering the full scope of the sector, from Private Hospital of the Year and Total Healthcare Clinic of the Year to Innovation of the Year, Best Use of Technology and Green Healthcare Achievement. People and patient-focused categories include Excellence in Patient Care, Caregiver of the Year, Healthcare Rising Star, Women in Healthcare, Best Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme and Patient Experience Outcome Award, among others.
