Gráinne Doyne, Chief Operating Officer of Thérapie Fertility, will receive the Outstanding Contribution to the Healthcare Industry Award at the Private Healthcare Awards 2026, recognised for a career spanning almost 25 years that has grown alongside the Irish fertility sector itself, leaving a lasting imprint on how fertility care is delivered, scaled, and made accessible across Ireland.

Doyne began her career in fertility in 2002 and has since built nearly two decades of healthcare leadership across quality and compliance systems, digital transformation, and multisite operations.

Her experience extends across other private healthcare sectors including pharmaceuticals and ophthalmology, giving her a breadth of operational understanding that few in the field can match.

From 2014 onwards, she has been directly involved in acquiring, building, moving, and refurbishing fertility clinics across Ireland, accumulating the ground-level knowledge of what it genuinely takes to scale compassionate, compliant, patient-centred care in a demanding and deeply personal area of healthcare.

As COO of Thérapie Fertility, Doyne has channelled that accumulated experience into building a fertility service that is affordable, accessible, and evidence-based. These are the qualities that matter enormously to patients navigating one of the most difficult journeys of their lives.

Central to that achievement is her commitment to building and aligning exceptional teams across the business, whose collective work delivers better, faster, and more consistent outcomes for patients throughout the fertility care pathway.
