Belfast Skin Clinic took home both the Overall Excellence Award and the Healthcare Facility of the Year award at the recently concluded Private Healthcare Awards 2026, recognised across two categories for a decade of patient-centred care that has built one of Ireland's most respected private healthcare providers through sustained investment in people, technology, and clinical standards.

The Overall Excellence Award reflected a clinic whose reputation has been earned through consistent delivery rather than single standout moments.

Judges stated: "Belfast Skin Clinic has demonstrated a sustained commitment to clinical excellence, innovation and exceptional patient care. The Healthcare Facility of the Year recognition brought the physical and technological foundations of that excellence into focus.

The panel added: "As Northern Ireland's only Mohs provider, the clinic combines advanced technology, multidisciplinary collaboration and strong patient satisfaction, supported by a 4.8 star rating across 50,000 patients. Its all electric, solar powered facility further reflects a thoughtful approach to sustainability alongside quality healthcare delivery."

The double recognition reflects the standard the Private Healthcare Awards set for providers seeking recognition across both organisational and facility categories, where the strongest submissions demonstrate that clinical excellence, patient experience, and operational investment are consistently aligned rather than selectively demonstrated.

The Private Healthcare Awards 2026 ceremony took place on 2 October 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.
