Dublin-based health technology company Zendra Health is preparing to enter the US market with its AI-driven ADHD management platform, Navigator, backed by a phased fundraising strategy that will begin with a seed round of under €1 million before a larger raise of €3 million to €5 million next year.

As reported by the Irish Independent, Navigator is already deployed across the HSE and NHS and has accumulated more than 80,000 users since its Irish and UK launch. The platform uses AI and automation to connect clinicians, parents and teachers, supporting safer and faster ADHD assessment and treatment. Zendra has also secured a new contract with a major Irish psychiatric hospital and has active deployments in two autism centres of excellence in the United States.

CEO Thomas Coleman, who co-founded the company with his twin brother David in 2017, said the platform is producing measurable clinical outcomes. "We are already seeing strong evidence-based outcomes from Navigator, with the potential to significantly improve the diagnostic and treatment journey for both children and adults with ADHD."

Data cited by the company indicates that Navigator is saving HSE clinicians approximately 112 hours per week in ADHD-related casework, enabling them to assess approximately 33% more patients while redirecting more time to direct patient care.

Coleman said the forthcoming fundraise is primarily a commercial scaling exercise rather than a product development play. "We have a digital platform in place and we are essentially gathering evidence as a launchpad for a full US market entry next year. A lot of this is now about sales and marketing. We have the product and once you have good data around the safety and efficiency of the pathway it gets really exciting."

He added that the larger round will fund boots-on-the-ground US sales capability, including his own relocation. Zendra is also expanding Navigator's scope into autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
