Reset Health and Pharmacy2U have launched Averly Health, a joint venture positioned as the UK's first fully integrated national cardiometabolic care provider. The company brings clinical assessment, prescribing, dispensing and long-term outcomes monitoring into one service at a time when these functions are typically split across separate providers.
Reset Health contributes multidisciplinary clinical expertise and patented digital technology to the venture, detailed in the announcement, while Pharmacy2U supplies pharmacy operations and nationwide fulfilment infrastructure.
Reset Health specialises in the personalised management of chronic disease, and Pharmacy2U is the UK's largest digital pharmacy. The two companies first partnered in early 2026 to pair GLP-1 dispensing with digital wraparound clinical care.
"Our new model has been designed to operate at scale, maintain the highest levels of clinical oversight and sustained support that patients need," said Oliver McGuinness, chief executive of Reset Health.
Pharmacy2U chief executive Josh Bottomley said Averly delivers its outcomes through "one integrated service that is built for national scale", designed to grow over the long term.
The structural driver is the fragmentation of current cardiometabolic provision across separate assessment, prescribing, pharmacy and follow-up services. The infrastructure underpinning Averly already supports more than two million patients every month, with continuous data collection embedded in the care pathway to track access, engagement, safety and outcomes.
The service covers obesity and related cardiometabolic conditions, including patients prescribed GLP-1 medication who receive behavioural support and ongoing clinical care to sustain weight loss. A dedicated team drawn from both businesses and strengthened by new hires will deliver the service.
For the sector, the venture confirms that private providers are combining prescribing, pharmacy and digital clinical care into single integrated platforms rather than operating them as separate services.
