Thailand-based private healthcare platform Pride Health has raised US$300,000 (€260,000) in a pre-seed funding round to accelerate its expansion across Southeast Asia. The platform provides inclusive, stigma-free healthcare services for LGBTQ+ communities, integrating telehealth consultations with licensed clinicians.

Launched in March 2025, Pride Health serves over 1,800 users, offering tailored care across preventive, mental, sexual, and gender-affirming health. Subscription plans include biomarker tracking, personalized healthcare, and access to prescriptions, diagnostics, and over-the-counter products via the platform’s e-commerce capabilities. The service has achieved a 54 percent repeat rate, indicating high trust and patient engagement.

The funding round, backed by A2D Ventures, Enterprise Singapore, First Move, and depa’s Digital Startup Fund (S2), will support technology upgrades, scale user acquisition, and launch new clinical verticals including wellness, longevity, and gender-affirming care. Pride Health will also strengthen AI and automation infrastructure to ensure rapid, secure, and personalised service delivery.

Despite Thailand’s reputation for LGBTQ+ acceptance, widespread healthcare inequities remain. Surveys indicate over 70 percent of LGBTQ+ individuals in Asia encounter barriers to safe, affirming care due to stigma or lack of trained professionals. Pride Health addresses these gaps with a digital-first model that ensures privacy, accessibility, and professional oversight.

The company is targeting expansion into Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the Philippines, aiming to establish a scalable model for private LGBTQ+ healthcare in the region. Bruce Li, Co-founder and CEO, emphasised that Pride Health provides equitable access to personalised care, supporting diverse patient needs across multiple countries.
