Indegene acquires two UK healthcare consulting subsidiaries

Indegene Limited, an India-headquartered healthcare and life sciences services company with subsidiaries in Ireland and the UK, has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100 per cent of DT Associates Research and Consulting Services Limited and Trilogy Writing and Consulting Limited, both UK-based entities. Following completion, both targets will become wholly owned subsidiaries of Indegene Healthcare UK Limited, consolidating control over specialist consulting and writing entities.

TipRanks reported that the acquisitions, disclosed under SEBI listing regulations, strengthen Indegene's UK presence and support its broader strategy to expand global healthcare and life sciences services. DT Associates Research and Consulting Services Limited is being acquired from ILSL Holdings, Inc., whilst Trilogy Writing and Consulting Limited is being acquired from Trilogy Writing and Consulting GmbH. Both companies provide specialist consulting and writing services for healthcare and life sciences clients.

Indegene operates through a network of wholly owned subsidiaries in Ireland and the UK, focusing on specialised consulting, research and related services for regulated healthcare markets.
