Ensign expands healthcare footprint with major acquisitions in Wisconsin, California and Iowa
The Ensign Group has added over 1,300 new beds across three states, acquiring facilities in Wisconsin, California and Iowa. This includes Pine Crest Health in Wisconsin and 11 new operations in California under new lease agreements. With a total portfolio now spanning 361 healthcare operations across 17 states, Ensign signals strong growth momentum and ongoing appetite for both distressed and high-performing assets.
